- Giving: sent congrats money for a dinner to my daughter to celebrate her promotion.
- Giving: sent my son a stability trainer and a keto cookbook. He is trying to get back in shape.
- Learning: started reading the 5am Club by Robin Sharma. “Procrastination is an act of self-hatred.”
Today was a struggle. I have had the same boss for 20 years with a brief 2 year break. Today, I met my new boss. He seems solid. I’m hopeful that everything will work out, but I am sad to see my boss retire. I am choosing to apply my 90 day rule. The rule says that in 90 days, you will have released 90-100% of your sadness. I won’t think about it anymore today, but I will put it on my calendar to revisit in 90 days.
